Due to the ongoing uncertainty during the COVID-19 crisis, we have made the difficult decision to cancel our beloved Laurel Hill Bluegrass Festival, previously scheduled for August 15 and 16, 2020. This decision, while not made lightly, was a necessary one for the following reasons:

  1. Concern for the health and safety of all involved.
  2. We cannot predict with any level of certainty what the situation may be in August. Therefore, we cannot in good conscience delay this decision any longer. We feel that it would be unfair to our musicians, vendors, and volunteers to plan for an event, only to potentially be cancelled at the last minute.
  3. We explored options to host a similar, yet smaller event, but due to current restrictions on events and gatherings, we felt that it would be unfair to exclude such a large portion of our dedicated fans and supporters.

Thank you all for your understanding and continued support. We look forward to seeing you next year for a bigger, better Laurel Hill Bluegrass Festival!  Mark your calendars for August 21 & 22, 2021.
